Not Loading Not starting up

Hey!
Iv recently got order of war and when I first got it wouldn't ever install but I found that I need to do something so it installed and then at the end I had to wit 10 to load up the game but it doesn't work when I click play it load then it just goes and then dose nothing
I have vista and i have late 2009 laptop (novatech w76k)
